How do you get service
The first step
Government allocation announcement
To provide financial assistance to the distressed and the elderly, district-based funding was allocated from the Social Welfare Ministry of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. The matter was informed to the union parishad through a sub-allocation letter from the upazila social service office. This letter mentions how many will be given the old allowance.
 
Second step
The list of the poor people is ready
Upon receipt of the letter of allocation, the chairman of the party convened a special meeting. The quota of the public representatives was decided in the meeting. According to the prescribed quota period, the public representatives are asked to list the old allowances of their respective areas and the list of people who are eligible for widows. The representatives of the public have identified and list such people in their respective areas and submit them in the prescribed time within the prescribed time.
 
The third step
List Finishing
After getting the full list, every ward committee meeting is called. A 5/7 member ward committee was formed by the concerned Ward Councilor. The list is finalized after the selection of the meeting. After this, the list was sent to the upazila social service office.
